Dad ran in a 10K marathon yesterday!  There were 650 people doing it, and he finished in 182nd!  :)  I am so proud of him.

Joseph broke his arm the day before Christmas Eve, and he got his long cast off on the 25th of January.  He had to get a short cast on and he gets that one off in two weeks.  He is super excited!  You're probably wondering how he broke his arm.  Well, we were rappelling off a wall of the Grand Canyon and he . . . . . .
